Company Profile:

Our client is a well established distributor that operates across Canada. Due to the growth of their company , they are in need of an additional inside sales rep. The inside sales rep will be responsible for cross selling and upselling customers when they call in to place their orders. This is not an order taking role but a sales role.

Functions:

Take orders with accuracy and follow up
Cross-sell and up-sell customers
Engage with customers
Propose alternatives and substitutes
Promote products when engaged with the customers
Detect, pursue and capture opportunities
Resolve issues with customers
Meet customer expectations and provide value

Job Requirements:

Academic *College degree or equivalent experience *Science background or knowledge of the human body would be an asset
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 3 years experience in inside sales
  Possess a high degree of integrity
Has a high degree of professionalism
Disciplined
Strong computer skills-ability to type in orders, make notes and search the database while on the phone with the client
