Company Profile:

Our client manufactures food service equipment and sells primarily to the U.S. Due to rapid growth and expansion; they are in need of 2 National Account Executives. They operate in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and provide exceptional products and service.


This position exists to develop enduring, profitable relationships with new major chains by acquiring new major chain business. Clients: 10 named account of big store and groceries chains.
Research and understand targeted accounts' needs (national retailers with multiple locations).
Sell wide and deep (sell to multiple levels and functions).
Be an ambassador for the company.
Engage sales steering committee as you get into the proposal stage.
Engage internal staff when sale is moving along.
Develop presentations.
Lead client meetings.
Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

Academic *University degree preferred but work experience also considered.
Languages * Impeccable english skills required * Professional; proper use of language in speech and in written form. * Written English test to be administered. * French is not required.
Experience A minimum of 5 years of B2B selling including outside sales experience, ideally for a product with long and complex sales cycles.
Experience selling value-added concept.
  Maintains a professional appearance and provides a positive company image to the public.
Self-motivated, resourceful, passionate about their work.
Able to work well within a team and independently.
Relationships more important than immediate sale.
A genuine customer focus.
Listens more than speaks.
Ask questions, listen to responses, deliver on promises, admit when wrong and fix it, follow-up not drop off.
