Our client provides outsourcing services to a variety of large enterprises. We are looking for a Business Development Rep who has a proven track record in selling BPO (business process outsourcing) services primarily by selling value, another way of doing business and an ROI. You are creative and can help define our go to market strategy. You will report to the President and as such be part of the strategies.Functions:
Develop a market plan and sales strategies for identified industries in Quebec and some in Ontario -Participate and assist your clients with their needs
Work in conjunction with our Operations and IT departments to develop creative client solutions and put together proposals based on the collaboration -Prepare contracts, manage the approval process and signature
Ensure communication and transition between operations and project management -Assist Directors with organic account growth with existing accounts
Work with the marketing team for strategies for existing and potential accounts -Organize client meetings and demos
Job Requirements:
Academic | Bachelor's degree in business or in another relevant discipline -Absence of a degree but with relevant work experience will be considered |
Languages | Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken) |
Experience | 7 to 10 years experience in a business development role required |
