One of our clients, a worldwide leader in digital content, is looking for a responsible and self motivated Channel Sales Manager. You'll be paid to recruit, maintain and expand relationships with worldwide channel partners. As a Channel Manager working from the Montreal Head Office, your objective will be to increase new business revenues from the sale of services through their existing channel partners, and by expanding the partnership base. You also play an important role in educating the channel base and providing sales support to successfully close business. You will be expected to travel from time to time. Are you up for the challenge ?Functions:
Work with distributors to establish business plans. -Manage all aspects of account profiles, including performance history, channel pipeline and win rate.
Cultivate & maintain solid, long-term relationships with customers and dealers. -Manage the coverage of assigned geographic territory in an organized & effective manner.
Prepare and deliver customer presentations, pricing and promotional proposals, and other business endeavors. -Participate in identification, qualification and closing of end customers with and without distributors' reps.
Participate in the different trade shows and exhibitions. -Ensures their dealers are fully capable of selling and representing products to their customers .
Job Requirements:
Academic | Bachelor's degree is an asset. |
Languages | Excellent spoken and written English required. |
Experience | Minimum of three (3) years experience in a SIMILAR POSITION. - Experience in selling value-added product. |
Ability to build a strong network of key contacts within each account. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong self-motivation. - Team spirit. - Respect and integrity. |
