Company Profile:

Our client is a national logistics company and they are searching for a partner manager; someone who will manage their different selling partners, add partners and help them sell. You will have experience managing and prospecting VARs.


Aggressively pursues and achieves a minimum of 100% of assigned quota (annually and quarterly) through sales of our solutions. -Works to convert pre-qualified leads to generate future revenue opportunities in new or existing accounts within the assigned territory or across verticals
Initiates direct contact and builds strong relationships with partners at Manager, Director and VP levels. -Develops presentations, leads sales calls and partakes, as required, in demonstrations to highlight the value of our solutions to the partners business.
Builds on-going relationship with partners to understand usage, engaging other company resources as required, to engender a positive customer experience and maintain/increase renewal revenue. -Manages the sales pipeline and meets regularly with sales manger to update sales forecasts.
Maintains an understanding of our company's capabilities, features, benefits, and value propositions. -Builds and maintains a working knowledge of our company's pricing policies and paperwork requirements and ensures compliance to them

Job Requirements:

Academic Post secondary education required
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 5 or more years selling to value added resellers -5 or more years’ experience prospecting within VAR’s through short telephone dialogues or face-to-face conversations to uncover potential opportunities and gain interest to continue dialogue
  Accurate and clear communication in both written and verbal form. -Ability to work closely with internal resources and gain their assistance to assess business problems, qualify and build value propositions. -Ability to build strong relationships with partners, as required, in order to leverage their resources to progress an opportunity. -Ability to work independently or as part of a sales team to develop an opportunity, account or territory strategy to maximize revenues. -Capability to travel to customers or partners within the territory as often as daily
