Execute clients' needs analyses and determine the strategies that will permit the company to achieve and exceed the sales goals. Work closely with the Marketing department in order to develop promotion tools that will help to increase the sales.
Direct with his team the clientele development. Directly implicate himself to support his representatives team with the customers. Develop and present detailed proposals to the customers. Negotiate and approve the contractual agreements.
Coach and supervise the sales representatives.
Collaborate with the pressman in order that time limit and priorities will be respected.

Job Requirements:

Academic University degree in marketing or any other related field.
Languages Bilingualism written and spoken (French and English) Excellent verbal communication
Experience Ten (10) years of experience in sales of which five (5) to eight (8) years in sales team management. Experience in consultative sales and customer needs identification process. Must currently manage a client portfolio generating a minimum of 20 million dollars per year.
  Excellent abilty to prepare and present value added services offers to the client and answer to invitations to tender. Facility to build client relationship and to develop new clientele of executive level with the representatives team. Hability to understand and analyzethe business processes and identify the possible improvements. Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows softwares.
