Assist in the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy to effectively meet and exceed customer and corporate expectations.
Provide leadership and ensure implementation of all Sales planning and forecasting.
Assist in developing a strong, competent, highly committed, motivated and team-oriented Sales approach for all those engaged in business development.
Ensure that proper groundwork is being laid out for future business (i.e. key presentations, new partnerships, long-term customer bid strategies), thereby maintaining a pipeline of actual and potential customers.
Build solid relationships with external and prospective customers.
Analyze market data in support of detailed marketplace and specific customer strategies.
Participate with the senior staff in the business planning process, through sales input.
Direct and coordinate promotion of products or services performed to develop new markets, increase share of market, and foster a competitive position within the industry.
Identify, recommend and participate in opportunities to expand product portfolio and increase market penetration.
Participate in the setting of annual sales targets and marketing expense targets.
Work with the leadership team and other team members to:
Enhance and improve existing services.
Evaluate competitive strategies.

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor degree or equivalent proven experience.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken).
Experience Five (5) years minimum selling to Human Resources professionals.
