Assist in the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy to effectively meet and exceed customer and corporate expectations.
Provide leadership and ensure implementation of all Sales planning and forecasting.
Assist in developing a strong, competent, highly committed, motivated and team-oriented Sales approach for all those engaged in business development.
Ensure that proper groundwork is being laid out for future business (i.e. key presentations, new partnerships, long-term customer bid strategies), thereby maintaining a pipeline of actual and potential customers.

Job Requirements:
Academic | Bachelor degree or equivalent proven experience. |
Languages | Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken). |
Experience | Five (5) years minimum selling to Human Resources professionals. |
