Company Profile:

A consulting firm specializing in the optimization of resources and in information technologies. In addition to all the services offered by traditional consulting firms, the company proposes more by developing, establishing and supporting all the computer solutions it puts forward. For this position it involves one of their products, which is a management software for auto repair shops. The Channel Manager will have to develop the distribution network, which are the automobile parts dealers.


Develop the Canadian and American distribution network, identify and solicit partners and distributors (NAPA, Carquest,...).
Create marketing campaigns by fax and emails via our client newsletter.
Participate in different trade shows.
Do presentations of our solutions to our customers, partners and distributors.
Quickly learn the software components in order to demonstrate its functions.
Train the distributors and partners on the philosophy of the software which will generate an increase of 5% to 10% in the profitability of our client.
Serve the customers according to their specific needs.
Carry out the follow-ups in order to fulfill the requirements of the customers via a CRM. (N.B. A call center takes care of the technical support.)
Obtain the purchase orders of the customers.
Take part in the development of sales strategies .
Ensure good knowledge of current and emerging competition.
Take part in the sales committee.
Take part in the development of the sales tools.
Assist the development team in accordance with the customer requirements.
Take part in the brainstorming of the product design.
Achieve any other task related to this position.

Job Requirements:

Academic University degree in marketing or any other related field.
Languages * English written and spoken is necessary. * French is an asset.
Experience Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, within the automobile industry.
Experience selling management software would be an asset.
Self-starter, autonomous
