Company Profile:

Our client is a biomedical waste company operating across North America. They are in the process of recruiting for a sales person in the province of Quebec but selling principally in Montreal. Your role will be to sell to hospitals and other medical facility target accounts. As part of your role, you will be tasked with understanding the different relationships and interrelationships of multiple departments. This role involves selling but also servicing the customers and selling service. The candidate hired must be able to demonstrate that they are a "doer" and not just a talker.


Achieve sales quotas for the territory as set by the company.
Formulate an effective customer call strategy to maximize opportunities in the territory.
Utilizes pipeline management to ensure sales plan is met.
Constantly review all sales activities, targets, and strategies in order to maximize results.
Ensure customer needs are effectively met and build productive customer relationships.
Be accountable for customer satisfaction
Manage the activities of customer service reps as those activities relate to the territory.
Participate in the sales planning, sales strategies, territorial coverage, and budgeting processes.
Produce monthly, quarterly, and yearly analysis of the territory for the Regional Manager, Area Director and Vice President of Sales.
Ensure high performance standards for self and others.
Develop tactics and strategies to develop long-term commitment with key customers.
Attend all sales and product related meetings

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor's of Science, Bachelor of Arts or 4 Year Degree
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of 3 years experience selling to medical professionals
  Ability to project a professional image.
Ability to take prompt action to accomplish objectives and achieve goals beyond what is required.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks towards common goal in a timely fashion.
Proven negotiation and project management skills
