Company Profile:

Our client is looking for an inside sales person who is passionate about matching sales to helping others. As a sales rep, you will register participants and help them raise much needed funds. Participants help raise money for cancer research and we are looking for someone who can sell to new participants , encourage them while being be sensitive, tactful and empathetic. You would only be soliciting potential participants that have requested information about a specific cause.

Functions:

Answer inbound and initiate outgoing calls - Register people who have expressed interest in the event
Successfully meet and exceed monthly registration and fundraising goals - Become an expert on the event & talk to people over the phone about the benefits of participating
Share techniques to help participants reach their goals - Have a professional attitude and contribute to a upbeat working environment
Serve as Event Staff during event season

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor's degree optional or equivalent experience needed
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of 1-2 year of sales experience
  You should have a positive attitude and motivation to meet your goals - You should be friendly & supportive with all participants and coworkers - The passion to be part of a company making a difference in people's lives
