Our client is a well known courier company. They are looking for an Inside Sales Representative with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. We are looking for an individual with a high level of integrity, confidence, maturity and stability with exceptional solution based selling skills. Aggressively pursues and achieves a minimum of 100% of assigned revenue quota (annually and quarterly) through sales of company solutions - Build strong partnerships with Small to Medium sized businesses based on end to end solutions
Generate sales by proactively prospecting for opportunities within your assigned territory - Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling) - Achieve monthly targets of Qualified Opportunities and Closed Business
Solution based selling by assessing customers’ needs and aligning them to our products and services - Dealing with customers over the phone in both official languages English and French

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelors degree is a plus but not a must
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 3 years of B2B sales experience with proven success in meeting and exceeding sales measurable (Targets/Quotas)
  Must successfully go through criminal background check - Must have a proven track record in sales - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem solving skills - Must be a highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual
