Our client is a leading mechanical contracting firm specialized in industrial and commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). They seek an experienced Sales Manager to drive activity and performance.

Functions:

Manage sales staff to meet and exceed annual plan -Train, direct and evaluate staff in sales skills development
Regularly measure performance ie number of calls, % of quota, regular contact with existing customers -Review and approve pricing
Train and evaluate staff in existing customer maintenance coverage -Regularly accompany sales reps on the road to customer visits -Coach reps on sales calls
Develop and implement sales campaigns, programs and procedures -Support staff with well designed and effective sales tools

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 5+ years of solid sales management experience within a technical field
  You have solid sales management experience -You a strong builder of ambience
