Company Profile:

Our client manufactures products sold to the packaging and printing industry.

Functions:

Act as a consultative representative to the customer
Develop account plan strategies and identify key buying factors, stakeholders/gatekeepers and decision makers' value propositions
Sets volume/revenue/margin targets
Gathers and verifies information about the customer's customer, basic market startegy, vendor expectations and the customer's competition
Manage competition, strengths/weaknesses in order to protect customer base while capturing new business
Negotiate and manage internal/external relationships while servicing the customer's needs while coordinating with in house personnel to acheive the desired results
Make calls at scheduled frequencies to solicit business with individual technical groups, purchasing and/or executives who influence purchasing
Meet or exceed budgeted targets by generating new business opportunities and building sales, profits, margins of their existing account base.

Job Requirements:

Academic Undergraduate degree but willing to look at work experience in the absence of a degree
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 4 years b2b selling experience in a context of major accounts
  Roll up the sleeves and get it done kind of person
Comfortable working in a large organization where procedures and policies need to be followed and adhered to
Strong financial acumen
Track record of personal growth
Successful completion of value based selling courses
