Profile: Our client, a recognized leader in premium interior surfaces, is seeking an Account Manager focused primarily on designer accounts and custom dealers within the Greater Vancouver Area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who excels at developing relationships within the design community, supporting custom fabrication partners, and positioning premium materials in residential and commercial projects. You will play a key role in strengthening brand presence and growing demand across your client base.

Workplace: Home-based role with extensive field activity
Products/Services: Premium interior surfaces
Salary: Base of $60,000
Commissions/Bonus: Average First-Year Commissions of $60,000 (Uncapped)
Car allowance: Monthly allowance provided for vehicle

Functions:
  • Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with interior designers, custom dealers, builders, and fabrication partners.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring timely responses and exceptional client support.
  • Conduct 4–5 in-person client visits daily to stay visible and engaged with your designer and dealer network.Work closely with the Sales Director on territory strategy, client targeting, and quarterly objectives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, including leads, projects, quotes, and sample activity.
  • Ensure showroom and sample displays are updated, visually impactful, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Lead product presentations, design sessions, and Lunch & Learns for designers and dealer partners.
  • Participate in design community events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to increase brand visibility.
  • Develop deep product expertise to act as a trusted advisor on materials, performance, and applications.
  • Coordinate with distribution partners to support smooth order handling and project fulfilment.
Requirements:
Development vs Maintenance: 50% vs 50%
Road vs Office: 90% vs 10%
Languages: English
Education: Post secondary education 
Training: Full product and onboarding training provided
Overnight Travel: N/A 
Years of experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the same industry (interior materials, surfaces, or related).

  • Experience with premium interior materials or residential surface products.
