Profile:  Our client, a textile manufacturer, is seeking a motivated A&D Sales Representative to drive key accounts and project opportunities in the Province of Quebec. This role involves building relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and OEMs, influencing product specifications, providing technical guidance and sustainability. The successful candidate will manage a project pipeline, execute territory strategy, deliver presentations and educational sessions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. Strong communication, organisation, and a proactive mindset are essential.

Territory: Province of Quebec (candidate must reside in the Greater Montreal area)
Workplace: Home office & Office available on the south shore of MTL
Products/Services: Textile manufacturer
Salary: Base of $70,000 to $90,000
Commissions/Bonus: 15% yearly bonus based on sales targets & objective.
Car allowance: KM allowance 
Expense’s reimbursement: All reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.

Functions:
  • Identify and pursue projects with architects, designers, consultants, dealers, contractors, and OEMs.
  • Influence products into specifications from design to award; provide design guidance on textiles, acoustics, codes, and sustainability.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual presentations, CEUs, and educational sessions; maintain strong presence with corporate, institutional, and public-sector clients.
  • Build and manage pipeline in CRM, protect specifications, and execute territory strategy across Greater Montreal, Quebec City, and regional hubs.
  • Develop OEM and manufacturer relationships; maintain samples and acoustic tools in showrooms and libraries.
  • Participate in industry events; monitor trends and competitors; collaborate with internal teams on pricing, orders, and customer support.
Requirements:
Development vs Maintenance
: 70% vs 30%
Road vs Office: 80% vs 20%
Languages: Fluent in English and French (bilingual)
Education: Post-secondary education 
Training: On-the-job training provided, including support and shadowing to ensure success in the role.
Overnight Travel: 2 to 3 days per month.
Years of experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Architecture & Design (A&D) industry.
Other requirements: A proactive go-getter who is hard-working, coachable, and open-minded candidate.
