Profile: 
Our client is a well-established trading company with a growing portfolio of international products. Operating for over 45 years, they serve markets across Europe, the Middle East, Central America, and the Caribbean.
They are currently seeking a Billing & inventory logistics Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will play a central role in the billing process, ensuring invoices are accurate, complete, and issued on time. You will work closely with sales, logistics, and accounting teams to validate order details, verify shipment documentation, and resolve any billing discrepancies. Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential, as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and supporting financial reporting.
In addition to billing, you will support local inventory management and logistics coordination, ensuring stock levels are accurate, shipments are processed efficiently, and internal operational flow is maintained.

Salary: 60,000$-70,000$
Commissions/Bonus: 2,000$-6,000$ Annual bonus based on company performance

Functions:

  • Assist with reporting, tracking, and reconciliation of billing and inventory data
  • Prepare, validate, and process customer invoices in a timely manner
  • Coordinate inventory movements and ensure accurate documentation
  • Identify and resolve billing or inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain and update records in ERP systems (SAP, NAV, SAGE, ACCPAC, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and billing operations
  • Provide administrative and operational support related to billing and logistics
