Profile: Our client is looking for a business development rep who will be responsible for selling to independent retailers across Quebec. We provide tools and resources and business solutions to help them be more competitive. You will have the opportunity to interact with existing customers aw well as build your book of business, all the while building relationships. If you have sold products to independent retailers, there could be some synergy here.

Products/Services: Tools and resources for independent retailers
Salary: Base $85,000-$95,000
Commissions/Bonus: 10% annual bonus
Car allowance: $550/month + kms+ $1,500 annual car maintenance
Expense’s reimbursement: All expenses reimbursed

Requirements:
Development vs Maintenance: 70% vs 30%
Road vs Office: 60% vs 40%
Languages: French and English (fluent)
Education: Post secondary education is an asset
Training: Full training provided
Overnight Travel: 2-3 days every 2 weeks
Years of experience: At least 5 years successful B2B sales experience
Other requirements: 
Transferable contacts: Experience selling to retailers in Quebec is a huge asset
Transferable Knowledge: Experience in the following industries, is an asset: furniture, flooring, electronics, appliances, bedding
