Profile: Our client is a well-established Quebec-based manufacturing company specializing in innovative, customized solutions for a wide range of industries. With a strong focus on quality, customer service, and long-term partnerships, the company has built a solid reputation in its industry over several decades. The team is looking for a Customer Service / Sales Support professional to support customers, coordinate orders, and work closely with internal sales and operations teams. - Prepare and follow up on quotes and orders
- Enter and update customer orders in the system
- Coordinate order details with production, shipping, and sales teams
- Follow up on delivery dates and order status
- Maintain accurate customer and product information
- Support the sales team with administrative and customer-related tasks
- Handle customer concerns and find appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
