- Support day-to-day transportation activities and assist with operational coordination
- Respond to client requests and provide shipment updates when required
- Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth workflow execution
- Prepare pricing requests and help coordinate shipment planning
- Ensure transportation details and operational information are properly maintained in company systems
- Assist with scheduling, inventory movement, and general logistics administration
- Troubleshoot service-related concerns and help identify quick solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Perform various coordination and clerical duties to support the operations team
