Profile:  A growing Canadian organization is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support its Quebec sales team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a fast-moving team.
You’ll be based at a local facility and play a key role in handling quotes, processing orders, and supporting both customers and field sales reps from start to finish.

Territory: Province of Quebec
Workplace: 5 days at office in La Mauricie

Salary: Base $67,000-$70,000
Commissions/Bonus: $2k annually

Functions:

• Prepare and follow up on customer quotes for standard products
• Respond to pricing and product information requests
• Provide excellent customer service by phone and email
• Process and manage customer orders in internal systems
• Track deliveries and keep customers informed
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Support daily sales and administrative activities
• Help improve customer service and internal processes
