Profile: Our client is a manufacturer of electrical products serving both distributors and OEMs throughout the Greater Montreal area.
They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inside sales activities and providing customer support, with a focus on order entry, phone and email communications, and coordination with the shipping department.


Territory: Province of Quebec
Workplace: 5 days at the office must reside in or around Montreal
Products/Services: Electrical products
Salary: Base $65,000-$80,000 depending on experience
Commissions/Bonus: N/A
Car allowance: N/A 
Expense’s reimbursement: All expenses reimbursed

Functions:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders
• Enter orders into the system and follow through until delivery
• Maintain strong knowledge of product lines, applications, and industry trends
• Collaborate with outside sales reps to support client relationships and growth opportunities
• Handle pricing, lead times, stock availability, and order status
• Coordinate with shipping and warehouse departments to ensure timely delivery
• Other duties as assigned
