Functions:
  • Manage quote requests and provide clients with fast and accurate responses.
  • Process orders by email, phone, or in person efficiently and accurately.
  • Research and analyze all necessary information to anticipate client needs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Create a memorable customer experience, exceeding expectations in every interaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Provide proactive after-sales follow-up, resolve issues promptly, and build customer loyalty.
