Profile: Our client is a provider of a SaaS software destined for MRO providers who specialize in the aviation industry. We are looking for a software sales rep with experience in this field and with experience selling to MRO, particularly in the US. You are based in the US and would require some travel to Canada and across the US. You will be joining a company with experts from the field, selling a product that is top quality.

Salary: Base $100,000-$120,000 USD
Commissions/Bonus: $106K, uncapped commissions
Car allowance: Mileage repaid

Education: College degree or equivalent work experience
Training: Intensive 1 month on our product
Overnight Travel: 3 trade shows per year + travel to Canadian office every 2 months
Years of experience: At least 5 years in a similar role
Other requirements: Strong track record in sales and business development
Transferable contacts: Contacts with the aviation MRO industry

Functions:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the global MRO and aviation maintenance market.
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution mapping, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
- Provide consultative guidance on how digital transformation can improve maintenance processes and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation maintenance regulations, digital maintenance trends, and emerging technologies in Aviation Maintenance software.
