Profile: Our client, a manufacturer of industrial pumps, is currently hiring a bilingual Regional Customer Support Specialist. This individual will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service, managing inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

- Handle order entries, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting related to product use.
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and technical support to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Log all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system for consistency and follow-up.
- Address and resolve customer issues professionally, aiming for high satisfaction.
- Educate clients on product usage, care, and maintenance best practices.
