Profile: Our client, a manufacturer of industrial pumps, is currently hiring a bilingual Regional Customer Support Specialist. This individual will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service, managing inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Territory: Province of Quebec
Workplace: Office located on the north shore of Montreal
Products/Services: Industrial Pumps
Salary: Base $60,000-$70,000
Commissions/Bonus: Bonus of $10 000

Functions:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a prompt and courteous experience.
  • Guide customers through product selection, order processing, and post-purchase support.
  • Handle order entries, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting related to product use.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and technical support to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Log all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system for consistency and follow-up.
  • Address and resolve customer issues professionally, aiming for high satisfaction.
  • Educate clients on product usage, care, and maintenance best practices.
  • Recommend complementary products based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, customer service trends, and industry developments.
Requirements:

Languages: French and English
Education: Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is an asset

Years of experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally within an industrial or technical environment.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional approach.
