Our client is an established trading house with a growing portfolio of products worldwide. Operating for over 45 years, they serve markets in Europe, the Middle East, Central America, and the Caribbean.
They are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will support and collaborate closely with the outside sales team, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain ongoing communication with suppliers. You will also be the main point of contact for your book of customers.

Functions:

• Support outside sales reps
• Respond to customers inquiries
• Process and follow up on customer orders
• Process and follow up’s with suppliers
• Updating prices and important information in CRM
• Follow up and process inventory requirements
• Communicate with different suppliers for price and stock inquiries
• Negotiations with suppliers
• Outbound calls to existing customers
