We sell packaging and have a variety of clients; enterprise and smaller local clients. Functions:
- Design and execute sales strategies that fuel growth and sharpen competitive positioning.
- Manage budgets, pricing models, and forecasts to keep profitability on track.
- Drive business development: build relationships with strategic partners, represent the company at major industry events, and lead the full RFP process.
- Identify new market opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire your sales team to exceed KPIs.
- Collaborate with the executive team to influence strategic decisions and contribute to the company’s long-term vision.
