Profile: Our client is a global consulting firm specializing in market intelligence and strategic advisory services for high-growth industries. We are looking for a Montreal-based Sales Project Manager who will be responsible for supporting and coordinating sales operations within a consulting environment. Our clients include government, established companies and emerging innovators.
Territory: Global client base (high % in the US)

Functions:
- Manage client inquiries, requests for quotes, and product or service information.
- Coordinate follow-ups to ensure strong communication and client satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and outreach materials.
- Maintain and update client and opportunity data within Salesforce (or equivalent CRM).
- Prepare and analyze sales reports in Excel to identify trends, pipeline progress, and performance metrics.
- Support coordination between sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure efficient sales administration.
