Years of experience: 5+ years) in technical or B2B sales, preferably in water systems, pumps, or fluid handling equipment.
Other requirements: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Functions:
- Lead business development efforts by identifying growth opportunities and expanding the customer base within the golf, irrigation, and municipal sectors.
- Foster strong, long-term client partnerships by delivering tailored water pump solutions that address unique project needs.
- Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to develop solution proposals that align with client specifications and performance requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including proposal preparation, bid submissions, and participation in public tenders for municipal and large-scale irrigation projects.
- Track industry developments and competitor activity to provide actionable insights that inform sales strategies.
- Deliver clear and timely reporting on pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
