Work Place: First year, downtown Montreal office when not on the road
Products/Services: Specialty dental services
Salary: $65 000 to $75 000
Commissions/Bonus: 15,000$-20,000$ first year
Car allowance: $/km or monthly allowance
Expenses reimbursement: All expenses are reimbursed

Development vs Maintenance: 50% VS 50%
Road vs Office: 80% VS 20%
Languages: French and English (perfectly bilingual)
Education: Post secondary education is a must, Bachelors degree preferred

Overnight Travel: twice a year (events)
Years’ of experience: 2-5 years experience in a similar position.

- Identify and engage potential referring general dentists and specialists in the Montreal area
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing referral partners
- Conduct regular follow-ups, in-person visits, and touchpoints to ensure satisfaction and alignment
- Plan and execute outreach campaigns (events, lunch & learns, workshops) tailored to dental professionals
- Promote the practice's services, values, and clinical expertise
- Participate at dental conferences, trade shows, and industry events
- Gather feedback from referral partners to understand their needs and expectations
