Profile: Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality packaging solutions, specializing in plastic packaging products for a diverse range of industries such as food, agriculture, pet food, pharma etc . We are looking for a sales rep to build new business in the united states and comes from the industry of flexible packaging.
Territory: United states
Workplace: Home Office (local to the USA)
Products/Services: Flexible packaging solutions
Salary: Base $100,000 - $130,000
Commissions/Bonus: $25,000 year 1
Car allowance: $750/month
Expense’s reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

Languages: Excellent written and spoken English
Education: College degree of equivalent experience
Training: On the job but needs to come from the industry
Overnight Travel: from 60% overnight in the US
Years of experience: At least 3 years successful sales experience in the flexible packaging industry.
Other requirements: Experience using a CRM
Transferable contacts: Contacts within the industry

Functions:
- Proactively identify and target potential customers
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and recommend appropriate packaging solutions
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trainings to educate clients
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to sales management
- Use company CRM to input data
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads
- Meet or exceed sales targets
