They are seeking a Senior Receptionist who can deliver an exceptional patient experience while also assuming a leadership role within the front desk team, including coordinating and overseeing other receptionists on a daily basis.
We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented individual to join the team. The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing calls, scheduling, and administrative support while ensuring a seamless and outstanding patient experience.

- Greet and manage interactions with patients, both in person and by phone
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments and manage reminder systems
- Support the dentist and clinical team with drafting referral letters, sending post-operative reports, and managing emails
- Handle light administrative and financial tasks as needed
- Maintain organized patient records and ensure compliance with established protocols
- Take on a leadership role within the front desk team and serve as a point of contact for other receptionists
- Coordinate schedules and task assignments at the front desk
- Ensure smooth daily operations at the front of the office
- Support the onboarding and training of new reception staff
- Quickly identify and resolve organizational or customer service issues
- Ensure service standards, internal procedures, and the patient experience are consistently maintained
