- Serve as the primary point of contact for showroom customers via in-person visits, phone, and email
- Prepare quotations, pricing, and project estimates
- Identify customer needs and provide product, design, and technical recommendations
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry through order confirmation and deposit collection
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while generating new business opportunities
- Conduct post-project follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate client records in Stone Profit ERP and track activities using calendar/task management tools
- Quantify and estimate projects using Microsoft Excel, including square footage calculations
- Review drawings, specifications, inventory, and product availability to support project execution
- Coordinate project details with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment
- Provide administrative support and assist with daily showroom operations as required
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, while expanding revenue by upselling and cross-selling within existing customer accounts.
