Profile: Our client is a leading provider of high-end building materials, serving both residential and commercial projects with style and sophistication. They are looking for a Showroom Sales Specialist with a true sales DNA to connect with a discerning clientele.
Fluency in French and English is required to engage seamlessly with both B2B and B2C customers and deliver an exceptional showroom experience.

- Act as the primary contact for customers visiting the showroom or calling in.
- Address customer questions, assess their needs, and guide them to the appropriate resources.
- Offer precise product details and assist with design guidance and solutions.
- Cultivate relationships with current clients while expanding the customer base.
- Enter and update client information in the necessary software systems.
- Obtain purchase orders and deposits in a timely manner.
- Keep the showroom tidy, well-organized, and inviting.
- Track and maintain detailed records of customer requests and materials.
- Provide support to Reception by answering incoming calls.
- Complete additional tasks as required.
- Working weekly hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00PM.
- Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check.
- Familiarity with or experience in interior design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- High standard of personal integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.
