Profile: Our client is a consumer goods manufacturer with products sold in pharmacies and large retail chains. We are looking for a bilingual Social Media and Content Specialist (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more).

You will create engaging content, grow the online presence, and support marketing campaigns in collaboration with the team and under the supervision of the Marketing Director.

Functions:
  • Plan and manage the monthly social media calendar, incorporating input from internal teams and external partners.
  • Create and publish engaging, on-brand content across social platforms to attract new customers and grow followers.
  • Contribute to content strategy and campaign development, using performance analytics and testing to continuously improve results.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize performance across social and email channels and provide recommendations.
  • Execute social media and email campaigns, including the brand newsletter, content creation, setup, and scheduling.
  • Produce social media performance reports and leverage analytics to refine strategy; strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager is essential.
  • Manage online community interactions by responding promptly to messages and comments in a brand-aligned manner.
  • Monitor brand reputation across platforms and collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and inquiries.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline 
Training: On the job training provided
Overnight Travel: There are 2 major trade shows to possibly attend ,annually
Years of experience: At least 3 years in a similar role
