Profile: Our client is a manufacturer of power tools sold to professionals and we are looking for a Territory Manager who will cover the territory of Chaudière-Appalaches, Bas-Saint-Laurent and Gaspésie-Îles-de-la-Madelaine. Your role is work with the dealers in your territory to grow our market share.

Salary: Base $75,000-$90,000
Commissions/Bonus: Bonus $22,000 at 100% of objectives
Car allowance: vehicle and credit card for fuel purchases provided
Expense’s reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

Languages: French and English
Education: Post Secondary Education in Business Administration or related field.
Training: On the job training provided
Overnight Travel: Up to 60 nights per year of overnight travel
Years of experience: Minimum of five (5) years of B2B sales experience
Other requirements: Strong business acumen needed

Functions:
- Drive revenue growth within your assigned territory by strengthening relationships with existing
- Identify and develop new channels
- Deliver ongoing training and education to partners on promotions, product launches
- Build relationships with large contractor groups, municipalities, and government agencies to promote product adoption and increase commercial sales.
- Represent the company at regional trade shows and industry events
- Provide regular updates including field activity reports
