Profile: Our client sells shipping services to small and medium businesses and is looking for a Montreal-based bilingual account manager to grow and retain a customer base. You will be tasked with meaningful face to faces, virtual meetings and phone calls in an effort to upsell and crossell.
Territory: Greater Montreal area
Workplace: Hybrid (road & home office) Must reside in the greater Montreal area
Products/Services: Shipping services to small and medium sized businesses
Salary: Base $65,000-$70,000
Commissions/Bonus: $20,000 at 100% target
Car allowance: $350/month + $ / km
Expense’s reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

Functions:
- Familiarize yourself with the 100+ clients assigned to you
- Using consultative sales techniques, meet or exceed individual revenue targets
- Develop an annual sales plan to visit/interact with client base
- Meet company-set activity goals
- Build and sustain relationships so that you are "in the know"
- Prepare and deliver presentations
- Update CRM , daily
- Participate in new product launches to ensure your product knowledge is up to date
