Profile: Our client is a manufacturer of elevators sold to contractors and builders. In addition they work with architects and designers and distributors. We are looking for a bilingual Montreal-based business developer to develop those markets. You will also sell our maintenance contracts to non-clients
Territory: Quebec and Ontario (part of the US)

Functions:
- Act as the primary point of contact for architects and designers (A&D) in the assigned territory
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the A&D market segment
- Develop and implement strategies to promote our products and services to contractors and builders.
- Identify potential distributors in Quebec, Ontario, Maritimes
- Estimate costs and write quotes to prospects. Regular follow-ups with pending quotes
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to architects, designers, contractors, and builders.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay informed about industry developments.
