Company Profile:

Our client is a distributor of a leading industrial consumer brand and is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator.


50% support of the Sales Manager and the other 50% support of the field Representatives.
Assist in the completion of internal processes for enrolling new customer accounts, new or changed promotional activity.
Develop and run monthly/quarterly reporting and analysis tools to assist management and sales reps understand trends within the business.
Assist the Region Sales Managers by running processes for internal management functions such as meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and budget management.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure marketing and promotional materials are accessible for sales reps, ensure internal customer contact information is updated, perform local market research, and prepare first draft reports, presentations, and quotations as requested.
Provide 2nd level support to customers and sales representatives for customer billing or delivery issues and follow through to resolution.
Participate in internal business process reviews to identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
Actively manage customer satisfaction surveys.
Support sales representatives in identifying new potential leads and arrange appointments with new potential clients.
Conduct phone blitz and coordinate mail-out campaigns specific to the region.
May visit the customer site to understand customer business requirements.

Job Requirements:

Academic Post secondary education at a College or University level with a focus on Business, Sales, Marketing, or any other related field... or relevant experience.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken).
Experience A minimum of 2 years as Inside Sales Coordinator position in a target driven environment.
Experience selling consumer packaged or industrial goods is an asset.
